OEPS Presented by the Equine Practitioner

Please join us in presenting equine practice to over 500 third year veterinary students from the United States and Canada. Our mission is to encourage veterinary students to consider equine practice for their career. Practitioners from around the country present their experiences in various disciplines from general practice to board specialties. This is a rare opportunity to positively influence hundreds of veterinary students to consider equine practice and cultivate relationships that will lead to future interns, associates and colleagues.

How You Can Participate?

Financial Contributions:

All tax-deductible donations are recognized on the website sponsors page including a link to the donor's practice website, at the seminar with signage and inclusion of the donors business card in a Sponsors’ Directory, which is distributed to all attending students.

Levels:

Contributing Sponsor: $100-$1,499 Supporting Sponsor: $1,500-$3,999 Patron Sponsor: $4,000 or more

Practice Brochures:

Please send practice brochures or flyers to promote your AAEP Avenues Externships and Internships. The materials will be distributed to students during OEPS. With approximately 500 students expected, we recommend sending a minimum of 200 copies. Brochures for the 2008 OEPS will be received beginning August 1, 2008. Please make sure your materials arrive by August 25, 2008, to guarantee inclusion at the seminar.

Exhibit hall space is available for practitioners to profile their practice and meet students during OEPS. With over 500 students in attendance annually, the OEPS Practice Exhibit is the greatest student recruitment opportunity available for equine practices. This is an exceptional opportunity to personally meet students and promote your practice, externships, internships and future associate positions.

Exhibit space is limited to practices who sponsor at Patron, Supporting or Contributing levels. Registration opens May 1, 2008. Exhibit reservation includes a 6-foot table with skirting.
