FAQS:

Q: Since my school has more than 15 students who want to attend, can I put more
than 3 people in a seminar funded hotel room?
A: No, for seminar funded rooms, our contract with Embassy is based on 3 person
occupancy. Non-funded students must make separate hotel reservations. However, the non-funded students are not restricted to 3-person occupancy and can have 4 people per room at the seminar group rate of $127 per night.

Q: Where is the nearest airport?
A: Lexington Bluegrass Airport. The Cincinnati and Louisville airports are approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Lexington.

Q: Is there a shuttle service from the airport to the Embassy Suites where the seminar is held?
A: Unfortunately no. However, taxi cab fare from the airport to The Embassy is is approximately $25 which can be divided among students sharing a cab.

Q: When do students receive their travel funds?
A: Students are reimbursed for travel based on the travel funding schedule posted on the general information page. A travel reimbursement check will be issued payable to each school's SCAAEP and given to each clubs group leader on the final day of the seminar (Sunday) prior to the close of the seminar.
